Published Explorer issue

Both of our terminal servers have the following event listed in the application log:

Faulting application PublishedExplorer.exe, versino 6.0.3790.3959, faulting module shell32.dll, version 6.0.3790.4315, fault address 0x00037dd3.

Faulting application PublishedExplorer.exe, versino 6.0.3790.3959, faulting module shell32.dll, version 5.2.3790.4480, fault address 0x000221b6.


Has anyone seen this before?

Which version of 2x application server are you using also could you kindly list some details of your client and server.
