Purchase Wrong License for Upgrade

Hi,

I've purchased the wrong license, I'm suppose to select the new license for Parallels Desktop 13, but choose the wrong selection. Now I need a brand new license for Parallels Desktop 13 to get my job done, what should I do now?

Can you help me to convert it to full license and I will pay the extra? Else I need to get refund and proceed for full license purchase?
