Purchased Parallels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 but...

    Dear Parallels:

    I bought every version/upgrade of Parallels DeskTop from 1 thru 9.

    I moved to Costa Rica 18 months ago and have been getting re-settled. This week I updated my OS to Sierra, and purchased the current Parallels Upgrade.

    But when I entered activation numbers, Parallels refused to accept my most recent (i.e., Ver 9).

    Since I now have to apparently buy a full version of Parallels 12, how do I apply for a refund of the $49 "Upgrade" fee I have already paid but that is of no use to me?
