Purchased permanent Parallels Desktop for Mac but it doesn't work and states need to renew

Hello,

I downloaded the trial version of Parallel desktop which was of 14/15 days and now its been expired.
Can I download the trial version again?

Unfortunately, the trial period cannot be extended. Re-downloading the trial version will not reset your trial period.

I am not in a condition to buy the subscription of this software as of now as I am student.
Can any other solution team can provide to me?
 
I am unable to study due to this issue.
Deeply needs this software to continue my studies please.
