I bought Parallels within the past month and now I'd like to upgrade. From what I've read here, it sounds like I need a new license key? Whom do I contact at Parallels to get one?

got my key
Just a quick followup to let everyone know that Parallels did get my 3.0 key to me last weekend, and I have upgraded now. Seems they are doing their best, just a bit overwhelmed and trying to catch up. Thank you, Parallels.

Where's the link?
On June 10th I bought and paid for the upgrade to 3.0. My card was charged, and I got the e-mail from element 5 with the key, as well as the message that I would receive the link from Parallels within 48 hours.
To date I have received nothing. I have written customer 'service' three times, and there has been no response.
WHY haven't I been sent the link? I've looked in these forums and found the suggestion that I download the current version and try to activate that, but that doesn't work either.
Hysteria? No. So far the PRODUCT (pre-3.0 version) has worked great, but I want the features of 3.0 (and have paid for them).
But the 'service' is downright abominable.

So you received a v3 key, and can download the v3 product, but the key does not work with the download? The key I received works just fine with the download from the site.
