Question with Remote Desktop on Vista Guest OS in P4

Macbook Pro 17" 2.4 Ghz. running Parallels 4 on OS 10.5.6.

I am using Remote Desktop Connection on a Vista Guest OS connecting to any Windows remote computer. I want to bring up the remote computer's security screen usually brought up in windows using CTRL+ALT+Insert. How do I do this on a macbook pro?
 
Does anyone have a solution to this issue? It would really help me out since I do a lot of remote administration with my mac.
