Quickbooks 2020 crashing when trying to emailing

I just got a new MacBook Air, am running Parallels Desktop 17 and Windows 10 Pro. When I'm in Quickbooks Desktop 2020 and try to do anything associate with email (paystubs, invoices, settings) I get an Unrecoverable Error. This was never an issue before I got my new machine. After 5 HOURS with QB "support" of installing new versions of both windows and QB and trying every fix, they now say it's an issue with Parallels. PLEASE HELP!

Did you check the same issue with the latest Parallels Desktop 17 build 17.0.1.?
