Quickbooks won't save as pdf or email as pdf. I ran quickbook tool hub and that did nothing. I also found a thread that said to disable "sync default printer with mac" but that didn't work either. Any one heave this issue and able to fix it?

I had the same problem with Quicbooks.
It looks like you don't have the Windows XPS drivers installed. Go to Settings -> System -> scroll down to Optional features -> scroll down to More Windows features -> scroll down and look for Microsoft XPS Document writer. Set the check box and the driver will be loaded.
I would restart your VM afterward, then check if you can print PDFs from within QB.

Thanks, I gave that a try but didn't work. Any other ideas?

What Quickbooks version do you use? If you have a current version you can ask QB support about the printing problem.
If you don't have a current version you still can search the Quickbooks Community forum and check there and even post your problem there. They still help us with unsupported QB versions.

Figured it out for anyone in the future:

Hit start and search RUN in windows search to bring up the run command

    search in run. optionalfeatures

Scroll down and check XPS DOCUMENT WRITER .

Perform the above steps listed by Gerhard for the XPS Viewer.

Reboot your VM and then you should be good.
