Quicken Accounts Personal Plus 2013 - Exit Code 1603

I have just purchased a new Imac and installed Parallels 8. I have successfully loaded MS Office and am now trying to load Quicken Accounts Personal Plus 2013 which I have had working successfully on a Windows PC previously. I created an Image file from the original disc to load via the VM.

The install starts but then gives the following error message "Quicken Failed to Install - Exit Code 1603". Have tried various suggestions from Quicken site including installing via the Setup.exe file in Disk 1 as administrator but no joy.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
 
I believe it depends on the Windows type you're trying to install it on. Check Quicken 2013 system requirements and make sure it's supported in your Windows. Next, I think you can give a try to download Quicken from their official website and install a trial from there. Then, use your activation code to activate it. Does it help?
