Quit Windows Apps w/keyboard?

Hi,

I want to run Parallels in Coherence as I want to use Windows apps with as little exposure to the Windows environment as possible.

Let's say i have a few windows apps running and am switching between them & OSX apps with the cmd+tab application switcher - how can I quit a window app without quitting windows itself? Cmd + Q trys quitting Windows itself rather than just the app in question. Can a single WIndows app be quit using OSX keyboard shortcuts?
