Quitting Parallels while in Coherence mode

I mainly use Parallels in Coherence mode, and mainly use it for Microsoft Excel.

When I quit Excel, does Parallels automatically quit, too? (That is, assuming there are no other Windows programs open besides Excel.)

If not, is there any way to make Parallels behave like this? Or is there at least a keyboard shortcut for quitting Parallels?
