Radeon R9 not working in Windows 7 & 10

Hey,

Now i have been trying to install the Radeon Drivers in my VM!
Is there any solution to this problem (The resolution isn't right).
If I download the drivers from Radeon they aren't able to install. (In the device manager there are two PCI devices with no drivers)

System: Macbook Pro 15" Retina Display 2015 Radeon R9 M370X

I have the same issue, I´m trying to run Vulcan (mining software like Autocad) but the dxf files are not displayed correctly. Using Bootcamp the video card is going well but with Parallels don´t. I tried to re install Parallels tools but still is not working

I have the same Macbook Pro 15" Retina Display 2015
