Random exit from Coherence mode on two monitors

I'm running two monitors and at seemingly random times ( about once or twice an hour ), Parallels exits Coherence mode and goes into Window mode(completely messing up the layout of the windows apps). I want to lock it in either Coherence or Full-screen mode.

Mac OS X 10.7.5
Parallels Desktop for Mac 6.0.12106 ( Will upgrading to Version 8 probably resolve this? )
