Random Network Drop out in Windows 10

I have a user running Parallels 12, and a Windows 10 VM. both of which are up to date. and randomly the Windows VM drops connection. She is currently using the shared option but bridge mode has the same issue. She also had this issue in Windows 7, but its more frequent in 10.

Users Specs:
15-inch Retina MacBook Pro (Mid 2015)
OS X 10.11.6
Parallels 12
Windows 10 VM Fully updated.
 
The host mac is not dropping connection also? Being as she is losing connection when she is using shared mode it would seem that that Os X is also losing its connection. Could you post all of your network settings.

You can try going back to Bridged Network and set Wifi as your adapter
Click Advanced Options
Generate A New MAC address
Select use Generated MAC
See if this resolves the dropped connections.
