RAS and Nvidia GRID

    It's possible to use Nvidia grid technology on server? For example: I want to deliver some 3d editors to users.

    In case if this functionality is enabled on the server then it should be working over RAS connections as well. Remote Application Server actually relies on Microsoft RDP protocol and mirrors the image of user's session from terminal server to client machine.
    On the other hand I should warn you that some applications that consume considerable amount of resources (and I suppose that 3D Editors are exactly such kind of applications) may experience some slow performance issues compared to performance directly on client machine. There can be several factors affecting this like network bandwidth or server's resources or even duration of ping between server and client machine.
    So honestly I would suggest to test the scenario in question prior to deploying it to production. Just for your information: Parallels Remote Application Server offers full featured 30 days evaluation period which allows 50 concurrent connections to the environment. During that period you can test desired scenario and decide if software suits your needs or not.
