Hi, in our company, some colleagues are requested to use Parallels RAS client v.15 on their corporate laptops, in order to connect to third party Parallels server (exposed applications: Primavera and File Explorer)
In our company proxy is mandatory to connect Internet.
I set proxy settings in connection - network and it successfully is able to connect to Parallels server (I see the two applications exposed by third party)
But when I click to connect to these applications, it doesn't work, because the RAS client connects through Internet directly, ignoring previous proxy seettings!
Any clue or suggestion?
I don't want to create exceptions on Corporate Internet Firewall.. I'm very upset that a professional application like Parallels in 2017 refuses to use proxy and still uses direct connection...
