Dear, I have following setup. - Windows server 2012R2 server with RAS paralles v16.2. - Fortigate Firewall - Terminal server with RD licensing (Windows server 2012R2) We want to connect RAS server with Terminal server through Firewall. Where we opened following ports. Purpose is to publish some applications from Terminal server that can be securely accessed from parallel server through HTML. TCP/UDP 30004 TCP 20003 TCP 3389, TCP 445,135 (For RD session host installation on Terminal server. ICMP (for testing) After completing physical connections and confirming ping both ways, RD session host agent was added to the Farm. Agent was pushed/installed on Terminal server successfully over the network. however, Agent status shows "not verified". Due to this, we are not able to open any published application from the terminal server. first test setup, we removed firewall. And connected two servers directly without any switch in between. This time agent installed successfully with agent status Verified. This implies towards incorrect ports selection. But upon second test, where all firewall ports kept open deny this hypothesis. second test setup We connected firewall between two servers with ALL PORTS OPEN. This time agent was installed but with agent status "NOT Verified". See attached screenshot where, agent shows successfully installed however, in the list of RD session host agent it shows "NOT VERIFIED". Not sure what we are missing here, if this is something with the ports, our second test should give agent verified status. On separate notes, RAS server is placed on Domain and terminal server is on workgroup. Hopefully, this will not cause any issue. Your kind support is highly appreciated. Regards, Waqas
