RC2 + Suspend or Pause = BSD

I'm having problems with PW RC2 coming out of suspending or pause mode with both resulting in a Windows XP blue screen. For my configuration, USB and sound are both disabled. Are they're recommendations to get these features to work?

1. Does it happen for just booted fresh XP without applications running?
2. Does VM running in VT-x mode?

It happens on each of the following modes with a fresh XP running, no applications running with the VM configure as:

* VT-x: Disabled
* VT-x: Disabled + Acceleration level: Normal
* VT-x: Disabled + Acceleration level: Disabled

Resources:
* Memory: 784 MB
* HD: 20000 MB
* Networking Adapter: Host-only

Windows XP Services Running with the others disabled or set to manual mode:
* Windows Update
* COM+ Event System
* DCOM Server
* DHCP Client
* Event Log
* HTTP SSL
* Logical Disk Manager
* Machine Debug Manger
* Network connections
* Plug and Play

Parallels Tools Installed on VC and all services enabled

Windows XP running at 1440x850, 32 BPP or 24 BPP.

I've also tired it in each of the networking modes: Disabled, Host Only, and Bridged each with the same results.

In Windows, under the Power Options, there's a an option to enable Advanced Power Management Support. Currently, its unchecked, but checking it appears to make no difference either.

XP power scheme's are set to never turn off the monitor or the hard disk.

As a related issue, enabling XP hibernation does work and does NOT result in a blue screen, but the various Parallels Tools such as Mouse Synchronization, Video drivers, and Networking no longer appear to work when coming back from the hibernated state.

From a performance stand point, with Sound and USB disabled, XP idles between 2.8 - 3.0 CPU utilization. WIth networking disabled and XP services stopped (DHCP, HTTP SSL, Network Connections, Windows Management), CPU utilization runs around 2.6 - 2.7.

Can you see what BSOD writes?
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA or something else?
What guest driver is faulting?

It appears to be driver related, the exception is "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".

No luck with reducing the guest's RAM to 512 or 256. In fact, one of the tests actually crashed PW itself. Attached is the stack trace.

It appears to be driver related, the exception is "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".

Is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL first argument 0xffffffff or any valid number?
I understand driver is not shown in BSOD window. Isn't it?

FWIW: I'm having the same problem, with the same BSoD (apart from the last number in the STOP-line).
