RDP connection refused on Windows 7 Ultimate

If I try to connect on my Win 7 Ult through RDP but I always get connection refused.

Hi FabianL2, Are you using Parallels Desktop? If so, do you use Windows 7 Enterprise or Windows 7 Pro or Windows 7 Ulitmate? You can try the setting below and let us know how it works.
