re: does the windows 7 guest have access to the cisco anyconnect vpn network

I have a mac osx 10.8.3 with a windows 7 64 guest os. The network for the VM has been set up as shared (not bridged).

I need to access my work network via Cisco Anyconnect. They plan to give me the mac osx version. If I install the mac version of cisco anyconnect would the windows guest have access to the resources on the work network? Or should I request the cisco anyconnect for windows? I googled this configuration it seems that the mac version of cisco anyconnect is buggy...
