Hi, I have received a replacement Mac because the previous one died. I am unable to deactivate Parallels on the old Mac & now I am unable to activate Parallels on the new Mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Michael
Hello, I also am receiving a message stating that my license key has reached its limit. I haven't switched to any new Macs...I've just restored the Mac I have a few times. If I could get the product key reset, that would definitely get me running again.
Hello BrandonB2, We have made changes to the activation key. Please follow the instructions below: 1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again. 2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
