Reached Activation Limit Message

    New iMac. Need to activate Parallels desktop 11 on new iMac. How to reset activation key?

    We have received your Parallels Desktop 10 but removed it from public view. We have also made necessary changes. Please try to activate again.

    Hi,
    I have received a replacement Mac because the previous one died. I am unable to deactivate Parallels on the old Mac & now I am unable to activate Parallels on the new Mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
    I also am receiving a message stating that my license key has reached its limit. I haven't switched to any new Macs...I've just restored the Mac I have a few times. If I could get the product key reset, that would definitely get me running again.

    Hello BrandonB2,
    We have made changes to the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
    2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
