Reallocate old Parallels 11 license to different machine

I have parallels 12 running on a computer which previously
had Parallels 11. I wish to use (well, reuse) the Parallels 11 license
on a different computer.

I see no way to do this.

I love the fact that this company goes to extraordinary lengths to make
sure that you can never reach them by telephone. I regard that
as dishonest.

Hi, did you get any issues during the Parallels Desktop 11 activation on your other Mac?
You can just try to download and install 11 version and then try to activate it.
