Record Screen keyboard shortcuts do not respect Keyboard Input Source layout

I use the Dvorak keyboard layout as my Keyboard Input Source. When using the Parallels Toolbox Record Screen tool, pressing Cmd-V (physically the period key on a QWERTY keyboard) stops the video, when I should think that pressing Cmd-. (physically the 'e' key on a QWERTY keyboard) should since I am using the Dvorak layout.

 

Hello, does the issue reoccurs only when your working with Parallels Toolbox?

 

Yes, all other applications I use respect the keyboard layout settings.
