Record Screen stops and doesn't record. I have lost yet another very important presentation. Please help! I am terribly disappointed by how this tool works and worse how Parallels provide support for it. is there anyone who can help? Apparently Parallels doesn't.
I ma having the same problem ..... starts fine and if I hit stop after just a few minutes the file appears; but if I leave it recording eg for a longer presentation it suddenly stops recording and no file is saved. using Mac book pro 14" , Monterey and parallels toolbox 5.1.0 (fully licensed)
