When I originally installed the app, I set the videos to save to the desktop. However, now no longer do that and seem to save nowhere. The preferences menu is pretty poor for updating user settings - massively useful. The "knowledgebase" does not seem to have any information about how you update these types of settings - which is massively useful. Could Parallels support send some instructions about how to fix these issues please?
