Z ZhenyaR Bit poster Jul 9, 2012 #1 After rebooting my laptop today I can no longer use Parallels. First it told me that Windows Image doesn't' exist and now it wants me to activate it again. The problem is I can't find the box with Parallels license. Is there a way to recover it?

Y YanaYana Jul 9, 2012 #2 sure - go to www.parallels.com and login to your account - if you are registered customer - your key should be there. If not - go to www.parallels.com/support/ and contact customer service to get your key
