Recovering Lost Virtual Hard Disk Space

    Quit the virtual machine. Then in the Finder, right click the virtual machine's .pvm file and select "Open with -> Parallels Mounter.app". This will mount the virtual hard disks of the virtual machine in the Finder. You should then be able to see the System Volume Information files.
