I found/resolved an interesting bug with Parallels apparently related to the Virtual Machine/Configure/Advanced/TimeSync feature.

Symptom: When time sync is turned on for a WinXP VM, there is a system refresh every 60 seconds that resets
    1) Any open Windows Explorer process reset file selections and scrolls to the top of the directory list
    2) Any open Microsoft Access forms are requeried
This refresh/reset occurs exactly every 60s at the same second on the windows clock every minute. In the Task Manager, the verclsid.exe process appears briefly at that moment, then disappears. Bit Defender virus scans are clean.

Appearance: This symptom appeared after the most recent update to Parallels 6. No changes had been made to the previously working VM configurations.

Solution: The symptom is persistent with all settings of Coherence/Sharing/etc, however, if you clear the Virtual Machine/Configure/Advanced/TimeSync checkbox, the symptom disappears.

Very wierd. Very frustrating to track down.
