i have been using and buying parallels since version 5 or 6 and updating almost immediately upon new release in the hopes of fixing problems i have had since buying my mid 2009 13" mac book pro.
despite purchasing each new release i have never gotten the performance out of this combination and instead find that neither work very well.
i am buying a new computer and am considering not using Parallels any more.
would it be possible to get a refund if i have not been able to resolve long standing issues despite investing a lot of time and effort (and money) into troubleshooting this?
thank you for your consideration
