Hi my subscription was automatically renewed however I no longer use Parallels. I have cancelled the subscription however am seeking a refund. I attempted to request one first through Cleverbridge who directed me back to seek the refund from Parallels. After chatting with the Alludo bot with Parallels I was then directed back to Cleverbridge. Please assist with my refund request as I am unable to do so through your website.
