Refund Request for auto renew

    Hi my subscription was automatically renewed however I no longer use Parallels. I have cancelled the subscription however am seeking a refund. I attempted to request one first through Cleverbridge who directed me back to seek the refund from Parallels. After chatting with the Alludo bot with Parallels I was then directed back to Cleverbridge.
    Please assist with my refund request as I am unable to do so through your website.
    My referece number is 466083339

    Please be informed that a refund request for the purchase has been submitted for processing.
    Furthermore, kindly note that it can take five to seven business days for refunds to show up on your account.
