Hi, i used parallels long time ago and didn't notice auto renewals was activated. today i noticed the payment and cancelled my subscription. please, can i get a refund for the year i just pais and im not going to use?

As per your request, the refund for the Parallels Desktop for Mac Std has been initiated for order № 489399224. Funds will be credited back within 5-7 business days.
The license key for Mac Upgrade will be deactivated shortly.
