Hello,

I've submitted a ticket for a full refund 3x with the chatbot now but no open ticket appears in my dashboard and I've gotten no confirmation or response that my request has been received. Reference number 523740884 (Cleverbridge). Purchased on 12/4/25. Please process my refund request.

Dear Parallels Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for my recent purchase of Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year).

I bought Parallels primarily to run translation-related applications such as Trados to support my work. However, after installation, the applications did not run smoothly. Parallels caused my Mac to heat up significantly, the fans to run loudly, and in some cases I had to shut down the system to prevent overheating.

Due to these performance issues, I am unable to use Parallels for the purpose I purchased it for.

For your reference, my reference number is 523293219. I can provide additional invoice details if needed.

I would also like to request a refund. I've requested it a few days ago via the customer support inquiry but I did not receive my refund yet... My reference number is 523811760. I purchased the Parallels Desktop Mac Standard Edition on Dec 4, 2025. Thank you.
