Received activation key 2 1/2 weeks after refund!

I received my refund on June 18 (thank you again for bird-dogging this). But this morning, I finally received my v3.0 activation key!

I don't intend to use the key because my v2.5 build 3214 is working fine.
 
I was trying to upgrade by old parallel desktop bought about two years back. My activation key was in a mail.mac which apple has now migrated to me.mac and because of which I have lost my activation old key. If some one in parallel can help else I get a refund of the upgrade and so that I can a full version
