Register Parallels Desktop on business account

    Hi everyone

    My company bought Parallels Desktop for Mac. We have some problems with this software and I'd like to open ticket in Parallels support.

    I registered company account and tried to enter parallels desktop key in account settings. Website shows me wrong key message.
    Without entered key in account I can't register new ticket in support. Could anyone explain me how can I resolve this problem?
