Register Parallels Desktop

I'm trying to register my Parallels Desktop. I can log in to this site as well as get my password from the site. Unfortunately, I can't seem to actually register my Parallels Desktop with Parallels. Any reason why?

Please specify the error that does not allow your key to go through registration process successfully if the problem still persists.
