Registered license key on wrong Parallels account

Hello,
unfortunately today I entered the license key on my parallels account which I don't have access to the linked mail address anymore. Parallels is working without trouble. I'm just a little bit afraid If something happens and I have to login again to verify account or whatever.
Is there a chance to move the license key to another account?

To change registration email for your Parallels account, follow the steps below:
  1. Log in to your Parallels account with your current email address.
  2. Click on the profile icon at the top right corner of the page and go to Security Settings.
  3. Find Login Credentials > Click Change next to your current email address. Enter the email address you would like to use, confirm it with your password and click Confirm to save the changes.

my problem is i have to confirm the browser after login, i can't because i don't have access to that mail anymore. :/
