Registration issues

Problem 1. I tried to sign up for a forum account to get help with Plesk, and was told my email was already registered. I had no idea why, but later realized it's because I downloaded a trial of Parallels Desktop long ago. When I tried to login using this account, it redirects me to the non-forum profile page and says "Can't create user".

Problem 2. So I created ANOTHER user at a temporary email address so I could still try to get some relatively urgent help. Not happy with having my personal information in TWO records, I set my first name as Jay, and my last name as "n/a". The automated software saw fit to make my username, "Jayn". Thanks :p

Problem 3. Moderation. Really? I understand that you'd want to moderate the first post of a new member, but is this a time limited thing? Like, will this only affect me until I'm a member for x days or have made x posts? Or does this affect everyone?

So, who do I talk to about getting my primary account fixed and my secondary account deleted?
 
Hi, I was registering just to tell you that I bought Parallels Desktop 4.0 for Mac Serials: S8K91515F2C7 in Panamá Mac Store on 2009, 05, 25. I did not need windows, so I did not installed parallels. Now that I need to install it .Guess what? The version I bought for 97.95 in Mac Store Panama DOES NOT HAVE THE ACTIVATION KEY.

I just went to the store today and they told me that yes, that they have had some problems with parallels, but that there was not anything to do about the situation. I answered them that to sell software without activation key is almost the same than to sell a computer without hard drive. Do they send useless software to this countries? I don´t understand.

I am upset to have this situation and I will be glad to hear you can help me.

This thread is about forum registration, not software registration Elsie.

Back to the issue at hand, it seems I've been able to correct my handle and also fix my original account.

Regarding the moderation, it's just not tenable to wait 10 days to get, receive and reply to 1 or 2 posts in one thread due to moderation, so can anyone recommend any other forums to discuss Plesk?
