Registration Nag

Have been a long time Parallels user. Running Parallels 3.0, build 5626 on my iMac. Today, when I logged in to Windows, I received the following message: "Your registration information is invalid. No updates can be downloaded. Please contact Parallels support team at http://www.parallels.com/support. Click OK to return to the application."

This has happened before but I've forgotten what the fix was.

Can anyone assist?

Hello Ajay,

You should uninstall the current version, install the original Parallels build and update it:


1. Run Parallels Desktop for Mac and click the Parallels window. Parallels menu appears.
2. Choose the "Help"- "Check for Updates…" menu option.

Note: localized keys and U.S. builds aren’t compatible.

Where do I find a copy of the original Parallels build so that I can reinstall over my v3.0 build 5626????
