Registration Problem for a 5 Pack License

Hello,

I bougth a (maybe) used Parallels Desktop 8 5 Pack box at ebay. I includes all the orginal material, including the CD and the license code.
Try to register this code to my account a the parallels online registration page. But go an error that the Key is invalid. Check it multiple times, but the error message is always the same.

What can I do ?
 
Hi, I've checked you account and found several Parallels Desktop keys. Could you please provide me with your license key which you used and copy of check/or other payment document. Please send it via the private message. (I'll send it to you, plz reply)
