What on earth is this?

I was using previous versions of Parallels, and then I get bombarded by adverts telling me to upgrade to improve performance and load times. Of course, how could I resist? The loading times of apps and of parallels is so bad that I just gave in.

Now i get this black screen. I login to Windows 7 (which is my current version)... and then the window stays black. I try to go into coherence mode and I get nothing (screen still remains black).

Please help. Is there a phone number or email I can use to contact Support?

Oh, and the only thing I get is some app in Chinese that now appears with a rocket on it. I press the rocket and it flies. WTF?
What is this??? I need this for work. Enough of this stupidity. This is meant to be business use. I'm furious to say the least!!

I have had the periodic black screen problem with Parallels 10 and Windows 10. I found that I can clear the problem by pulling down the Parallels icon (||) in the top bar of screen to Actions and then choosing Restart. This will restart the virtual machine. It has worked for me, hope it does the same for you.
