reinstall Parallels on other mac

Hi, I have been running Parallels v 15 on my mac book air, which is now no longer working. I have tried to install version 15 on my iMac but when I try to put in my registration key it won't be accepted. It requires 5 groups of 6 characters. My key has 5 groups of 5 characters.
Is there a way to solve this ?
