Reinstallation of Paralles

Since my existing MacBook has a lot of software installed and uninstalled. I would like to fresh upgrade to the new MacOS. I would like to know the following:

1. can I use the upgrade Parallels download to install? (Not sure any different between upgrade download and full version download)

2. where can I find the reinstallation guide? (Where to backup the existing VM? How to transfer the license? Etc.)

Please advise.

Hello @GalenF The Download file for Parallels Desktop both upgrade and Full Edition are the same. Please refer to this article https://kb.parallels.com/124250 to know how to download and install the latest version of Parallels Desktop and also to backup your current VM. Refer article https://kb.parallels.com/123461 to know how to move your license to a new Mac.
