Reinstalled MacOS and Parallels won't load now

Last May 2010, I purchased Parallels, downloaded it and installed it. Installed Win7 and every thing worked fine. Then I had an iMac issue and I had to start from scratch by reformatting my HD and installed OS X. Now running 10.6.6. I went for months to see if my iMac was stable again and now I want to install Parallels and Win7 again. I still have the Parallels icon on the Dock but when I try to run it problems begin and it seems not to be running correctly.

What do I need to do to get Parallels running correctly again?

Attached are two Grabs. One of the error I receive when starting and one of the three apps now installed in the Parallels folder.

reboot your iMac and hold down the 3 and 2 key when you hear the chime, to boot into 32-bit mode. see if that solves the problem. parallels does not work correctly when os x is running in 64-bit mode

Actually, it is not quite so. Parallels Desktop works fine with 64bit starting from version 4.0 3848.

Most likely Andy need to reinstall parallels. Also, the "Unable to connect" dialog suggests to send a problem report. Please send it and post here its id.
 
Problem Report

Please try to reinstall Parallels Desktop. If this doesn't help, execute /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app and execute in it the next commands (sudo will ask for your password):

1) sudo chmod 644 /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon.plist

2) sudo chown root:wheel /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon.plist

3) sudo launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon.plist

4) sudo launchctl start com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon

Send one more problem report if all this doesn't solve the problem
 
Unable to download

In the email I received back on May 5, 2010, it gives me a link to go to download the full version. When I go to this link it says "This URL is invalid!

Please also check the expiration date for your download URL. My email says "The URL is valid until 05-JUN-2010."

It goes on to say "If you still cannot download please contact our Customer Service stating your order reference number at http://esd.element5.com/ccc/customer_service.html" I have not done this so far.

Also for some reason, when I post a reply here it says my replies have to be approved before they are posted. I don't understand why this occurs but it does seem to delay my posting to your replies. I am sorry for the apparent delays.
