Reinstalling

I took the option to install the latest update but somewhere along the line it failed and all I can see is a black screen and "installing Parallels Tools" is greyed out - and still is after a long weekend! Can I reinstall Parallels without losing data? I use both time machine and super duper so should be OK but there are a few big programs I don't want to have to reinstall!

Dear Martin, Yes, you can reinstall Parallels Desktop without losing data. We would suggest you to tr this article to update Parallels Desktop to the most recent build. You can also update Parallels Tools from Action(Mac menu bar) -> Update Parallels Tools and let us know how it works.
