Release Input shortcut in PD 12 is no longer works?

Does anybody here know that Release Input shortcut in PD 12 is also no longer works, when I'm in fullscreen, press that shortcut and PD 12 does nothing. Does that mean PD team has removed that shortcut or It is an issue?

After upgrade to Parallels Desktop 8 or 9 you cannot change the Release Input shortcut in Parallels Desktop ->Preferences as the function is greyed out.
In order to assign different shortcut for Release Input function, please open System Preferences on Mac -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> App Shortcuts -> Parallels Desktop and add a new string for Release Input:
If Parallels Desktop is not present in the list just click on '+' button and chose Parallels Desktop in the Application drop-down list.

Noooo, You have misunderstood, my mean is about when you are in fullscreen try to press Ctrl + Alt and Release Input in PD12 does not work (MacOS Dock does not be shown)
