remapping Caps Locks and Left/Right command/option keys

in bootcamp, I have remapped the keys on my macbook quite comfortably for windows use using Sharp Keys to edit my registry, but parallels makes it more difficult. Is there a way to separately remap the left and right command keys and the left and right option keys? Also, is there a way to remap the caps-lock keys separately? I use caps-locks as Command in Mac OS and as Ctrl in Windows. Having searched extensively, I suspect the answer is no, but I just wanted to check.
 
I use KeyRemap4MacBook to do this. I have my right option key remapped to forward delete. The program has many other options for remapping that you might find useful.
