Remember window/app positions when using multiple monitors

I often work in different places, but when at usual setup with 2 monitors, I'd like to be able to have my windows return to where I left them before unplugging the dock/monitor. Currently, after plugging back in to my dock, my windows all stay on my primary desktop (laptop) and my two extended displays are empty.

Other products exist that can do this (Moom), but it would be great if part of Parallels Toolbox or part of Window Managers functionality.
