Remote Control of User's Session

Hi

Is it possible as an administrator to take control of a user's session so I can view their screen etc. I can do this with basic terminal services but I do not know how this is done if the session is a 2X session.

If it cannot be done then I would like to suggest this as a product enhancement as it is very useful for training purposes.

This works identically to normal Session takeover.

From the Terminal services manager right click on the session a select take over.
