Remote Desktop Connection issues

Up to now, I've been a very happy user of Windows 7 via Parallels 8 on my MBP. I've run into a recent issue, however, where I am getting locked out of my work account when using Windows Remote Desktop Connection (RDC). This problem has literally appeared out of the blue over the last couple of months and previously RDC had worked perfectly fine on my work account.

I've tried working with my IT group at work to figure out what's going on but nothing has worked. I continue to get periodically locked out of my account when trying to access it through RDC on my MBP. Just wanted to see if any other users had experienced similar problems.

You don't mention your setup, what you've tried and when it actually fails. More info would help.

But check your RDC preferences for the connection. Do you have the credentials set up correctly? Correct password and user name?

Which RDC Software you use? Try using gosupportnow remote support tool in order to remotely access Windows 7 from MacBook Pro. If it works, problem lies with your RDC software.
