Remove boot camp but keep virtual machine

I have my Mac Mini hard drive (256GB SSD) split 50/50 macOS and Windows 10. I can use Boot Camp or Parallels 11 to access my Windows programs.
Is it possible to remove the Boot Camp partition but keep my existing Windows virtual machine as a file on the then 256GB macOS partition?
I hope that makes sense!
 
Hi, if you install Windows VM using the installation file - you can remove bootcamp
But if you migrate your Bootcamp to VM - you cannot remove Bootcamp and keep VM.
